友人のすすめでやってきました。
外観（写真忘れてました）から感じる「ちょっと高そう」。隠れ家的な存在感がありました。
予約していきましたが、予約がおすすめです。混雑時は席2時間制となっています。
〇 お酒
・広島県 宝剣 秋あがり
ひと夏を越えて柔らかい口当たりと、
気持ちの良いキレで豊かな旨味。
・福井県 黒龍 純吟 秋あがり
ふくよかな果実香としっかりとした旨み。
それでいてスッキリとキレ味あり。
〇 お刺身
中トロ、サンマ、クエのお刺身をいただきました。
どれもとろけそうです。何種類か食べたいときは、「①と②の盛り合わせで」と頼むと、半分ずつの価格で半分ずつ、両方食べられます。今回は、中トロとクエを盛り合わせにしていただきました。サンマは不可です。
〇 天ぷら
松茸、さつまいも、玉ねぎ、鱧、椎茸とゴルゴンゾーラ、エビ、ホタテ、茄子をいただきました。断トツで美味しかったのはやはり松茸、一切れで1000円を越えてきますが、香り高く、衣までしっかりと美味しいです。
目の前にフライヤーがあったので、「お酒は近くに置かないでください、味が変わってしまいます」と言われ、ハズレ席かなぁと思っていたら、ちょうど斜め前がキッチンで、見事な手捌きで料理を仕上げていく料理人さんが目の前に見れたのでよかったです。雰囲気も全体的に落ち着いていて、とはいえ、1万円もいかず、心斎橋ではコスパの優れたお店ではないでしょうか。
