大阪といえば割烹や料亭など和食・日本料理の名店がいくつも存在しています。
南船場あたりは、昔住んでいたマンションに近かったのでよく行きましたが、こちらのお店にお邪魔するのは初めて。
元々は繊維問屋街として発展したエリアですが、最近は人気のショッピングエリアとしても人気で、飲食店についても色々いいお店があります。
店名にある「へちもん」とは信楽地方の言葉で「ふうがわりなモノ」という意味らしいです。創作和食のお店ということでそのような名前にしているのでしょうか？
なかなか雰囲気がいいです。１階だけではなく２階にも席がありました。
色々とメニューの種類が豊富でした。
まずは生ビールとお通しの胡麻豆腐。
そして頼んだのは、まずは野菜からということで「へちもんやの野菜サラダ(税別950円)」です。
洋系の料理で出されるゼリー寄せのように成形され、その周りにも野菜が散りばめられていました。12種類の野菜が使われていてインスタ映えしそうなサラダでした。
お次は「出し巻き(580円)」。作りたてでほかほか。ダシの旨みを逃がさないように切らずにそのまま出されました。なるほど！さすがにダシがきいています。
お造りの盛り合わせは「五種盛り(2,100円)」。
5種類はブリ、活タコ、タイ、本マグロ、ホタテのしそ造りでした。
こちらは「カキフライ(800円)」。牡蠣は三重県産。小さめの牡蠣でした。
私は食べていませんが「豚の角煮(850円)」。とろとろ感が伝わりますね。
こちらは「青菜のおひたし(380円)」。
そして「わけぎのぬた和え(400円)」も頼んでいます。
これらを肴に飲んだお酒は、私はブラックニッカのハイボール(580円)」に「やきいも黒瀬(580円)」はお湯割りで。珍しい焼いもの焼酎です。何となく焼いもっぽい風味を感じることが出来ました。
以上飲み食いして、締めて一人5,000円ほど。思ったよりリーズナブル。
戻ってからブログを書こうと調べていたら、こちらのお店には「牛スジ大根煮込み鍋・熱々レンコン饅頭・サバの棒寿司の三大名物」があるようでしたが、一つも頼んでいませんでした。^^;
次回の宿題ということですね。
大阪の和食のお店ということで、高級な感じもしますが、雰囲気やサービス・料理などは割烹クオリティで、値段は居酒屋クラスで楽しめるお店。おすすめです。ご馳走様でした。
