ミナミの焼肉店にランチタイム来ました。
佐賀牛、山形牛と書かれた看板が目立ちます。
ランチメニューはキムチ食べ放題に惹かれて入店しました。
出てきたキムチはカクテキの薄切りでした。
辛味や味の深みも控えめのあっさりとしたキムチでした。
オーダーは焼肉定食です。
自分で焼くのかと思ってたら、店のキッチンで焼いてくるタイプの焼肉でした。
ご飯が進むタイプの薄切り肉の焼肉です。
薄切り大根のキムチをたっぷりのせてみました。
タレの味とキムチでご飯が進みます。
やっぱり自分で焼く焼肉を食べたいと和牛ハラミと上ミノを追加オーダーしました。
やっぱり焼肉と言ったらこれですね。
自分で焼くに限ります。
ただホルモンの味に関しては和牛でも輸入牛でもそんなに変わりはないような気がしました。
