めでたく誕生日を迎えるにあたりはせ川心斎橋本店でお祝いの宴を開きました。
個室でコース料理を用意していただきました。。
まずはビールと前菜をいただきます。
不覚にも酔っていたので記憶が定かではありません。
写真だけは撮っていたので報告のみになります。
次にアオリイカとうにの寿司です。
イカは食べやすいよう包丁が入っています。
うには軍艦巻き、ひと口でペロリといけます。
椀物です。
中身はうにです。
造り盛り合わせです。
鱧です。
あんかけで白髪ねぎが添えられています。
焼き物はノドグロです。
茶巾の中身はかにです。
食べやすいように蟹の身だけ入っています。
和牛フィレ肉のステーキです。
わさびでいただきました。
握りはサバとトロです。
ノドグロ、イクラ、穴子の握りです。
赤だしです。
この後誕生日ケーキがふるまわれました。
出席者全員が喜んでくれたので良かったです。
