2024年3月11日にリニューアルオープンした旬の食材と産地直送天然素材を使用したお寿司や懐石料理が味わえるお店。
左官職人 久住有生氏が手がけた、久住氏しか出せない久住ブルーと呼ばれる青色の壁が印象的。
お席はカウンター席と掘りごたつ席とテーブル席と個室。

お米は自社田園で作る滋賀県産有機米コシヒカリを使用。
見た目も美しく美味しいお料理の数々、お凌ぎのお寿司にもすき焼きにも花山椒(もっとも貴重な実をつけない雄株の花の蕾)が惜しげもなく使われていて、春を満喫♡
初めていただいたとうもろこしの新芽も、とうもろこしの甘みが口に広がり驚きました。
小肌の握りにもびっくり！
鰊の塩糀焼きも丁寧なお仕事が伝わります。
新生姜と胡桃の佃煮もすごく好みでした。
牧場から直送の搾りたての生乳で作るソフトクリームも絶品！
珈琲があるのもすごく嬉しいです♡
エントランスや店内に飾られた季節を感じるお花、こだわりの器、箸置きの駒、京の石畳を思わせる空間、旬のお料理、日本の文化や四季を感じられる素敵なお店。
お客様は海外の方が多く、店員さんも英語で対応されていて、活気に溢れてました♪
お隣の建物には鉄板焼 はせ川さんもあるそうで、そちらも行ってみたいなと思いました。
