自宅近くにありながら、なかなか機会のなかったお店。
知人から美味いとの評判を聞いて何度か予約を試みるといつも予約でいっぱい。
こうなると意地でも行きたくなる。
とある日、無性に一人焼肉の気分になり再度アタックのコールするが予約が多くて、一人だと19時台は不可で17時か21時ならOKとのこと。
最近お一人様の予約お断りの店多いな…
仕方なく21時を選択。
来店すると平日の21時でも満席の人気ぶり。
まずは生ビールとタン刺しをオーダー。
タン刺しは柔らかくて脂が乗ってて美味い。
続いてタン塩。うん。これもなかなか。
脂が乗っててツヤツヤ。
ミノしゃぶはまぁ普通かな。
最後に上カルビ。
そこそこ美味いが脂の乗りが凄い。
食べるにつれて少し胸焼けが…
全体的に美味いが少し脂がくどい。食べ進むにつれて肉の脂がタレに移りタレの中の脂が白く固まる程。
脂が気にならない人や若い人に良いかもしれないがアラフォーの私には脂も上質じゃないと厳しいかも。
タン刺しとタン塩は美味しかったけど、赤身はいまいち。
今度はホルモンも食べてみたい！
