週替わりランチをオーダーしました。
今週の週替わりはうなぎ柳川とじです。
ほうれん草のお浸し、冷奴じゃこかけ、香の物、うなぎの柳川とじ、細うどん、ご飯が付きます。
ごぼうのササガキに割烹職人の技を感じます。
うなぎが思ったよりたくさん入っていてだし汁の中で泳いでいます。
卵はふんわりと半生〜生に近い状態です。
余熱で生の白身が辛うじて白くなっていくくらいにやんわりと火が入って行きます。
