こだわりと手間をかけたとんかつは伝統の味。あふれ出る旨みいっぱいの肉汁が食欲をそそります。
上質大豆油に背脂をブレンドしてカラッと揚げるフライものに定評あり。なかでも鹿児島産の豚肉を使ったとんかつは格別で、生姜・玉ネギ・ニンジン・鶏ガラスープで作る醤油ベースのタレに１時間ほど漬け込み、しっかり味付けしてから揚げるというこだわりよう。お肉はジューシーで、噛むほどに旨味が増す。とんかつには自家製デミグラスソースがかかって出てくるのがこの店のお決まり。キャベツのシャキシャキ感もいかにも新鮮だ。
