The meat used is ``Wao'' brand beef from Kumamoto Prefecture, which is known for its melt-in-your-mouth softness and rich flavor. Because the meat is purchased fresh, you can enjoy the natural flavor of the meat. Among the various cuts, we recommend the juicy skirt steak and the plump offal that fills your mouth with sweet fat. Another must-order item is ``charcoal-Sukiyaki,'' which is made by slicing Uchihira into large pieces and quickly grilling them. Enjoy with our special sauce and eggs.
