ミナミで大人気のおでんやさん。具材めちゃくちゃありますね。カウンター越しの女将さんの目の前のおでん鍋がとても美味しそうです。
今回は、大根、玉子、こんにゃく、ちくわぶ、牛すじ、餅巾着、タコ、菊菜(春菊)、フキ、昆布かけ大根、椎茸とおでんネタ頂きました。餅巾着は干瓢で結える袋タイプじゃなく、四角いままの厚揚げの中に入ってます。どれも出汁がしゅんでて美味い!
一品料理はどて焼き、牛すじ煮込みの人気メニュー、酒が進みます。おでんは鯨のころやさえずりなどのレアメニューも頂きたかった。
