There is a shop with the same name in Nihonbashi. I've been there several times, but this is my first time. I wonder if your family or relatives run it? This restaurant has high Tabelog reviews. I visited it right after it opened. I was seated safely in the middle of the counter. The oden simmering in a large pot looked delicious. But first, I had Doteyaki and a bottle of beer. Why is Doteyaki grilled when it's stewed? The oden is Japanese butterbur and cabbage rolls.It's my first time to have Japanese butterbur oden.It's light, but it makes a good accompaniment.The cabbage rolls were as delicious as I expected.It's an unusual dish, and it's my first time to try wakame seaweed.It has a nice crunchy texture. Finally, I ordered a koro, and a huge koro came out.The black part seems to have been cut off.If I remember correctly, I must have drunk about 2 cups of hot sake.It goes well with oden and sake.If I come nearby again, if there's an empty seat, I'll visit you.
