The owner, who has experience working in Michelin-starred Restaurants, offers Creative Cuisine that combines French cuisine techniques of deconstructing and reconstructing with familiar Japanese ingredients. A mix of the best parts of French cuisine and Japanese-style meal, the owner and his wife will welcome you with a course meal of Japanese and Western dishes using dashi soup and miso. Since we first opened in 2014, we have made it important for customers to eat with chopsticks. French cuisine may seem formal at first glance, but you can easily enjoy it with chopsticks.

Our menu changes with the seasons. We also offer seasonal dishes to finish off your meal, such as Sakura shrimp rice in spring and grilled sweetfish risotto in summer. Please enjoy our dishes that make the most of seasonal ingredients. We also use white miso sauce to create a French cuisine-Japanese flavor with fresh fish purchased from the market every day. In addition, we offer five types of small desserts. Please choose one light dish or try them all and enjoy according to your preference.
