西区新町界隈で「肉ランチ」といえば、「スティング」がわたしの定番だったのですが。
今回、「なかなかのコスパだよ♪」という上司とともに、遅めのランチということで、お邪魔したのがコチラでした。
ランチは、「ステーキセット 780円」or「ハンバーグランチセット 780円」。
※あ、他にも2000円前後のセットもあったような記憶もうっすらあるんですが（スミマセン）
今回わたしがチョイスしたのは「ハンバーグランチセット 780円」。
※サラダ付のハンバーグに、ご飯、味噌汁、コーヒーがついています。
【店内】
カウンターの他、奥に個室もあるようです。
カウンターの目の前は当然ながら大きな鉄板が広がっていて、ご主人らしき方がひとつひとつ丁寧に
焼いてくださいます。
なお、当日、その他に、若い男性のサービススタッフがひとりいましたが、こちらの方は、若いにもかかわらず、
物腰やわらか＆丁寧にお声掛けしてくださったり、とても好印象です。
【ハンバーグセット】
ふわふわでちょうどイイ塩梅のジューシーさです。
ちなみに、「スティング」は熟成肉特有なのか、しっかとしたテクスチャーが印象的なので、
そちらとはまた違った舌触りで楽しめます。
なお、かかっているソースも「主役の肉」を引き立てるべく、必要以上の主張はしていません。
※特徴あるソースはどちらかというとあまり得意ではないわたしです。
はぁ～ぃ、美味しゅうございました（*＾-＾*）
「ステーキランチ」の方は、豪州産と表示してありましたが、「ハンバーグランチ」は和牛のみで
仕上げているとのことでした。
ちなみに、食後にいただけるコーヒー、これがまた美味しいんです。
し、し、しかも！
（少し遅めのランチだったせいか、コーヒー飲みながらゆっくりと話し込んでいると）「お替り、いかがですか？」と
コーヒーのお替りまで♪♪
うれしいじゃぁありませんかぁぁぁ（≧-≦）
帰りは、ご主人、サービススタッフとともに、エントランスまでお見送りいただいて･･･
なんとも気持ちのいい平日ランチ（しかも780円！）となりました。
