ハンバーグでBMしてましたが、行く時はなぜかやっていことが多く、ちょっと出遅れた日に伺ったらオープンって札があります！入ろう。
中に入ると…おー目の前に大きな鉄板、夜は高級そうな鉄板焼き屋さんですね。
鉄板前のベストビューな所はおじさんに占拠されております。
ランチメニューは色々ありますが、オール1000円。基本ハンバーグでトッピングやソースが変わる感じです。
一番人気と言うハンバーグステーキ150g赤ワインソース1000円に。目玉焼きとチーズも乗ってるし。
前で焼かれているのが見えます。うーん前から見たかったな。
少ししてプレートが登場。
ハンバーグから。肉汁はそれほど出てこなかったですが、肉肉しいハンバーグ。柔らかくはないですが、硬過ぎず、肉で作ってるなという感じ。
ほどほどの粗挽き、牛の風味も良い。
赤ワインソースが良いです。酸味と甘味があり、美味しい。
チーズと目玉焼きはまあハンバーグに合うよね。
ランチからちょっとプレミアム感を味わえます。
ここは臭くならなさそうだし、今度は鉄板前がいいなー
