予約して、平日ディナーでお邪魔しました。
アメリカ村のど真ん中にあるお店ですが、店に入ると別世界。なかなか雰囲気の良いカウンター9席だけのお寿司やさんでした。
すぐに席に案内して頂きました。
よくあるカウンター向こうの寿司ネタケース等もありません。それどころかカウンターには醤油やタレもなく・・・
メニューはコース料理のみ。
お店の名前にもなっている一番人気の『けやき』のコースを注文。
本日の一品 生ゆばの刺身
季節のお造り ひらめ、まぐろ、甘海老の3種
焼物 穴子
ホタルイカの入った茶碗蒸し
握り8貫のコース
生ゆば大好き！とろっととろけて美味しかった。
お刺身は全て天然物。
勿論美味しかったです。
焼き穴子もいい感じ。
ホタルイカも季節もの。出汁のきいた茶碗蒸しで美味しかったです。
ここから握りが8種類出てきましたが、どれもネタに味がついていて、醤油をかけずに頂くのがちょっと変わっていましたが、素材の味がそのまま味わえるので、わりと違和感なかったです。
日本酒は、三重の『作』を出して頂きました。『作』美味しいですもんね。
若い大将でしたが、カウンターごしにお話もできて楽しかったです。
とても綺麗なお店で、雰囲気も隠れ家感抜群の素敵なお店でした。
ご馳走さまでした。また機会があればお邪魔したいと思います。
