美味しい日本酒が飲みたくて鰻谷界隈をウロウロ
立ち飲み店に行くつもりが落ち着いて飲みたくなる
細長い店舗ながらも入口から奥まで見えない構造で
入店して初めてカウンター席に空きがあると分かる
照明は暗めでシックな店内は 和食と言うよりBAR
日本酒は全て90ml(半合)での提供
日本酒のほとんどは1杯500~600円が中心だが
レアなお酒になると1杯1,300~1,600円もあり
本店の品揃えには及ばぬとは言え20種類ほどを揃える
日本酒を目当てに来店しても ここは生ビールが
美味しいから1杯目は生ビールをお勧めしたい
生ビールが美味しいは絶対条件ですよねー

日本酒に合う料理と言えば魚介の旨みが一番だが
日本酒のテイストにも変化を付けつつアテも色々と
居酒屋価格から小料理屋レベルの食材まで幅広く
酒飲みの為のお店なので料理は全て小皿で少しずつ
薫酒･爽酒に偏ったが 料理との相性が良く( ﾟДﾟ)ｳﾏｰ
日本酒に合う料理と組み合わせられて幸せ
この日に入荷のレアな日本酒も飲ませてもらう
メニューに非掲載のお酒は値段が分からないので
ドキドキする事もあるが ここは全て掲載だから安心
半合1,300円~ の良いお酒も飲んだので単価高め
1人で12,200円しましたが満足の内容でしたよ(^ω^*)
