陳腐な言い回ししかできませんが、まさに究極のお寿司でした。
第二部21:00〜を6名で貸し切りで利用させていただきました。
なんと次回予約の第二部は来年、第一部は再来年まで予約がいっぱいだそうです。
私はラッキーなことに予定してた方の代打でご一緒させていただくことができました。なんて日だ！！！いい意味で（しかない）！！！
まずは、好きなお箸をチョイスさせてくれます。
なんだかテンションあがりますね。器も素敵なものばかり。
さて！
2万回隠し包丁の入った（諸説あり）イカに始まり、錦鯉に見立てた鯛（詳しい種類が思い出せません）など、目で楽しめるお寿司は控えめに言って初めてでした。
低温調理された白子は、日本酒がすいすい飲めちゃうので危険です！良い意味で！
えびちゃんは、頭のほうはしっかりめの茹で、しっぽにかけて生という、こんな小さな身体に様々な調理方法が施されているなんて驚愕です。えびは断然、生派のとくだですが、今日を境にえびはハーフ＆ハーフ派になりました。
大好きなサワラや全体的に白身が多く、個人的は嬉しかったです。
とにかくどのネタも新鮮で臭みもなく、味はもちろんのこと見た目、食感でも楽しめました。
コース後の追加は、巻物だったら可能とのことです。
皆んなでエビマヨを追加しましたが、これまでに食べたことのない、一言で表現するなら、"大人なエビマヨ"でした。マヨなんですけど、しつこくなくサラッと、でもしっかりお酒に合う！なんて最高なんだー！！！
