友人の紹介で行かせていただきました鮨Shizuku。
通常2年待ちのこちらのお店、人気の理由がすぐ分かる最高の鮨でした。
正直完璧すぎて何から書いたらいいか分からない。
名物の500回切り込みをいれたイカはもちろん美味しいが、シャリとネタの間に+1を加えてくる感じがとても好みでした。
藁焼き炙りも最高。
私も藁焼き屋を経営しており、外一層はしっかり藁で焼くスタイルだが、こちらは軽く上品に炙っているのにもかかわらずしっかり藁の香りがしていて凄いなあの一言でした。
追加で注文した海老マヨも想像と全く異なるスタイルでこれまた旨い。
またすぐ行きたいが次の予約は1年半後。
