西洋料理のアレンジがうまく備わっていて、

ショーケースのようなセラーから盛りだくさんの日本酒と、ワインが楽しめます。
鰹の藁焼き、赤牛のステーキは味わうべき！
お料理はどれも良いアクセントがあって食べ飽きないです。
カウンターでは藁焼きや料理作りがライブ感で見れます。藁焼きの火が上がる時のテンションはカメラ撮っちゃいました（笑）

今日はランチタイムに寄りました、トッサジクラッサンさん♪
お肉料理、
お魚料理、
パスタからの
チョイスで
豚ヒレの高知産マッシュルームのブラウンソースの
お肉料理を注文。
かぼちゃのポタージュとサラダが先に出て、
柔らかい豚ヒレ。
低温調理のような柔らかいお肉にブラウンソースは
よく合います。
正直言ってレベル高いです！
料理学校の先生が作るような
基本の味がちゃんと出来ている上に、和風アレンジがきいていてとても美味しいです♪
土佐料理がメインなので魚を頼めばよかったです。
スピードランチは味は諦めることが多いですが、
このお店はいつもこれますね。
味にお客さんがついているのでしょう。
その日は男性のお一人サラリーマンが多かったようです。
テレビ出てものすごい人気になっていたようですが、それだけの実了を感じるお店でした！
