四ツ橋駅近くの土佐の食材を使った、ちょっとオシャレなバル。和食から洋食まで幅広いメニューかあるようで、気になったのでランチで伺いました。
お店の入口は小さく、見逃してしまいそうです。小さなお店なのかな？と思いきや、店内は結構広くて驚きました。調理の様子が見えるカウンター席とテーブル席があり、どちらもゆったりと座れます。
ちょっとオシャレな居酒屋さんのようで、だからかお昼でも少し暗くて雰囲気があります。
メニューは戻りガツオを使った藁焼き定食やあか牛のハンバーグ、サツマイモ三元豚を使ったトンテキ定食など高知の食材を使ったメニューが展開されています。
人気が藁焼き定食のようですが、少し値が張るのとハンバーグとエビフライがかなり気になったので、今回はハンバーグとエビフライにしました。
■あか牛入りハンバーグとエビフライ
定食に付いてくるスープは旨味がありますが、やや塩辛いかな？という印象です。ハッキリとした味わいです。サラダは普通2美味しかったです。
メインのお料理は全部熱々できたてで提供してくれます。作りたてが食べられるのは嬉しいですね！
メインはハンバーグとエビフライ、ご飯とクリームコロッケも付いています。
クリームコロッケの衣はきめが細かく、サクサクで舌触りも良いですね。噛むと中からトロっとソースがでてきます、クリーミーでコクがあり、美味しいです^^
ハンバーグは外はカリっと食感で、中はかなり柔らかいです。お肉の旨味は弱めかな？というか、お肉の旨味も含め、ハンバーグ自体の味が薄いです。あれ？ってなりました…。ただ、デミグラスソースは結構濃厚でコクがあるので、ソースでカバーしている感じです。
エビフライの海老は身が締まっていて、結構硬めの食感です。海老そのものの旨味はやや弱めかな？衣はクリームコロッケに比べるとやや粗めで、ザクザク感が少しあります。衣の香ばしさと食感を十分楽しめます。
隠れ家的なお店の雰囲気と、土佐の食材を使った食材という文言で結構期待値が上がっていたのですが、食材の質が思ったほど良くなかったのか、ちょっと肩透かしにあった気分になりました。
美味しくないことはなく、むしろ美味しい部類に入るのですが、期待値が高すぎたのかもしれません><
お値段も1,000円は普通に超えるので、次行くのはなかなかハードルが高いかもしれません。
藁焼き定食、かなり気になりますが…いつか試してみたいなと思います。
