まったく臭みの無いお造りでした
レバーも溶けるように口に中から消えて
なくなりました
ずりのえんがわって初めて聞きました！
焼き物は、備長炭のほどよい遠赤外線で
焼かれて適度にレア目に焼かれています
とくに手羽先の仕上がりが好みでした
ふっくらとして骨の周りのお肉が
絶品でした
鶏ユッケの黄身の皮の強いこと！！！
同じくTKGも同じで串で突かないと
なかなか敗れません
金箔の輝くTKGは映えるものでした
味も濃厚でしたね
スイーツは別腹でした
揚げさつま芋のハニーバター
これが一番好き
バターの香りがするはちみつ
ずっと舐めていたいです(笑)
夜も更けておじさんたちは
解散します
前みたいに二次会はありません
