大阪メトロ中央線本町駅１５号出口から中央大通を西進、横堀筋を南へ４００ｍほど。
’１７年暮れにオープンした但馬牛の専門店。
重厚な甍ののる門をくぐると奥に引き戸の入口。
洒落た雰囲気の店内。
丁寧な接客のスタッフに庭に面したカウンター席に通される。
「平日限定 焼肉ランチ」をオーダー。
お肉は三種類、キムチ、ナムル、お替りサービスのご飯、スープが付く。
食べる順番や食べ方（調味料）について丁寧に説明がある。
サシが美しい「前バラ」薄くスライスした肉の上に大根おろしがのる。
そのまま片面を焼いていただくと、口いっぱいに肉汁ジュワ～。
角切りカットの「カルビ」は柚子胡椒でいただく。
ホロホロと繊維が解れて美味。
本日のお肉は、牛の骨盤の周りの希少部位「メガネ」。
柔らかいがしっかり赤身の旨味、たれの味をしっかり受け止める肉々しい味わい。
お肉のボリュームはお上品だが、手頃な価格で本格焼肉が楽しめる良い。
