月初めが月曜日だと前月の憂鬱がリセットされた気がします。
この日は晴天に誘われ職場から南へとテクテク。
目指すはとあるラーメン店。
しかしコロナの影響か、、、
閉店中だった。
仕方ないのでそのまま南下。
すると、情緒深い和風の店構えが目に入った。
そのまま暖簾をくぐると石畳のアプローチ。
ドアを開けると、、、
あぁ～～らまあ、、素敵な空間('◇')ゞ
ウッディなカウンター席が8つ。
真紅の椅子がよく映えてます。
ガラス壁の向こうは枯山水風の箱庭。
排煙ダクトもU型でオサレですね～
ここ、接待やデートに最適です♪
ランチメニューに目移りしました。

どれも魅力的で30秒ほど迷ってしまった。
「塩タンランチ、くださいね～」
副菜はキムチと切り干し大根。
タンと相性の良いネギ胡麻もサーブされます。
タンのビジュアルが綺麗。。。
彩りのパプリカとインゲン、そして黄色い花。
サーブ時に念押しされました。
『片面焼きでお食べください』
そーなんです！
じっくり両面焼いてはいけないのです。
それほどデリケートなタンなのです。
炭火焼き、網の上にそっと置きます。
おぉ～！
油断すると焼き過ぎてしまう・・・
ほんの10秒ほどで充分ですな。
ネギを乗せてパクリ。
こりゃ美味い('◇')ゞ
タン特有の旨みが弾けます。
薄切りだけど旨みは深い、そんな肉でした。
2階はテーブル席、グループ利用はそちらへ。
肉質、雰囲気、ともに上質な焼肉店。
帰り際訊いてみると、夜は￥6,500からのコース料理。
予算に応じて対応してくれるようです。
やっぱり真価を発揮するのは夜なんだろうなぁ～
テイクアウトでアフタードリンクサービス。
さりげないこういうサービスも嬉しいですね。
次回は焼肉ランチを食べてみよう。
良い店に出会った月初めの月曜日。
なんか良いことありそうな予感。
