今回は産地直送の新鮮『のどぐろ』や
山形県産『米沢牛』が堪能できるオススメコース

本日のお造りは、カンパチ、鰹、鯛の3種類。
カンパチは脂も乗ってるし
鰹と鯛も鮮度抜群で贅沢なお造りやったなლ(´ڡ`ლ)
『太刀魚の塩焼き』は身がフワフワで
いい感じの塩味がビールを進ませるわ〜♪
『山形県産米沢牛と旬野菜のステーキ』は
断面がレアでしっとりとした肉質で結構ボリューム
もあるのが嬉しいฅ^ω^ฅ
ここからはお寿司なんやけど
次から次へと出てくる出てくる！
時間短縮という意味では
このシステムはいいかもしれんな(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)و
本鮪も美味しかったけど
のどぐろはその本鮪を上回るくらいの絶品で
唸るほどの美味しさやったで(๑´ڡ`๑)
『茶碗蒸し』には鶏肉、椎茸は定番な感じやけど
コーンも入っててこれが案外イケてるやん(๑•̀∀- )
『赤だし』をいただいた後は
濃厚な『黒ごまアイス』で本日のコースは終了です。
