お店の看板に偽りなしです
このお値段でこのクオリティの品を出してくれるのかと驚きの連続でした
久々の、おれ系のお店、フレンチは初めてです
看板メニューのフォアグラと牛肉のロッシーニを頼んだら、フォアグラが無いとのこと
戦争の影響なのか輸入がストップしているとのことですが、影響がこんなところに出てくるものなのかと驚いた
なので、牛フィレ肉のロッシーニに変更して注文しました
白い皿に深紅のソースをまとったフィレ肉が載せられています
フィレ肉、ナイフでそっと押すだけでするっと切れる柔らかさ
そしてこの深紅のソースをタップりつけて口に運びます
お肉が美味しいのはさることながらこのソースが絶品！！
そして、このソースがたっぷりしみこんだ添え付けのマッシュポテトも必食です
ペリグーと呼ばれるトリフを使って仕上げている芳醇なソース
家庭でなかなか作れない、やはりこちらのお店に足を運んだかいがありました
この品を頼む際にはパンも一緒に頼んだ方が良い
このソースを余すのはもったいない、パンにつけて最後まで頂きます
何を頼んでも期待を上回る味でした
お味だけでなく、スタッフの方の気遣いなども一流店ですね
最後はティラミスにしましたが、最後まで期待を裏切らないクオリティ
ほろ苦いコーヒーとクリーミーなマスカルポーネチーズが濃厚に絡み合う美味しさ
このふわっと、とろっとした食感も忘れられない美味しさを演出してくれました
お値段とお店を含めてすべてが期待以上でした
