This is a restaurant that serves Tokachi Obihiro Pork bowl, Hakata Grilled skewer, and obanzai. I'm giving you the real thing.
Pork bowl originated in Tokachi Obihiro in the early Showa era. Slightly thickly cut pork is grilled with a secret sauce that has been added repeatedly. The rice, pork, and secret sauce intertwine so
...well that you won't be able to stop eating with your chopsticks. The pork we use is Kagoshima Kurobuta Chamibuta, and the rice we use is Hokkaido Yumepirika. Hakata Grilled skewer is a grilled Grilled skewer placed on top of cabbage and served with vinegar sauce. Vegetable maki skewers are made by wrapping lettuce, mushrooms, gari, enoki mushrooms, etc. in pork and grilling them.
