全席個室を謳う、高級感漂うきたんさんへ。
オープン直後だったのですぐ案内して頂けましたが、帰りは行列が！お昼は予約できないので、少し時間を外す方が良さそうですね。
全席個室、を謳っておられますが、私が案内されたのは半個室？壁で囲ってはありますが、これは所謂半個室では？
「黒毛和牛 熟成イチボ肉タタキステーキのお重2,080円」を注文♪
いや、ほんまメニュー名長いな。
間も無く到着したお重、ぱっかーんとした瞬間興奮！レアでツヤツヤしたお肉が敷き詰められ、卵黄が中央に鎮座。
よくあるとはいえ、やっぱり眼福なビジュアルですね。
頂いてみると、イチボ肉の旨みが咀嚼するたびに感じられて、どんどんお箸が進みます。
敷き詰められたお肉の下に、すき焼き風の甘辛な薄切り肉が数枚敷かれているのも素敵な工夫！料理人さんの心を感じます。
後半お茶碗に肉重を移し、お出汁をかけてひつまぶし風にサラサラっと。
これもまた美味しい♪
これでトータル2,080円というのは大満足です。そりゃ並びますよね。
因みに、多くの皆さんが書かれているように、接客には期待しない方が良いかと。
多くは書きませんが、高級感溢れる設え、提供されるお肉のクオリティとは全くバランスが取れていませんので。
それをなんとなく踏まえて行けば、問題ないレベルだと思います♡
