●お店の雰囲気
こんにちは。けいんのすけです。
本日は心斎橋にある『板前焼肉 一牛』をご紹介します。
心斎橋筋商店街から御堂筋側へ逸れた場所にある焼肉店。
でっかい提灯と精肉店のように肉が並んだショーウインドウが見応えあり。
そんなこんなですぐにお店は発見できるのではないかと思います。
まだ新しいお店なのかな？店内は非常にキレイでスタイリッシュなデザイン。
若者のデートディナーにも嬉しい雰囲気ですよ。カウンター＆テーブル席。
カウンターには腕が良さそうな職人さんが肉を捌いていました。
というのもこちらのお店は、注文されてからカウンターで肉を捌いてくれます。
カウンター席でお食事をするならば、調理する工程が見えているので楽しいかも。
自分は今回、奥のテーブル席に案内いただきました。
注文はタッチパネル式。これは雰囲気ないけれどもめちゃくちゃ楽。
一番最悪なのは呼ぶボタンもなくて「すみませーん」って声かけなあかんとこ。
声の通りがよくないので全然気づいてもらえないのです…。
と、話は逸れましたが
今回はコースではなく単品で色々と注文させていただきました。
見ごたえのあるお料理をドンッといただきましたよ！
●特選塩タン(1180円)
通常の塩タン。最近は厚切りばっかり食べていたから薄い普通のタンが恋しく。
これからの焼肉のスタートにはやっぱりうってつけですね。
●一牛名物神戸8段盛り(7980円)
階段盛りのお肉は他のお店でも何度か頼んだことありますが
8段は今までで一番段数があるような気がします(笑)
こんなにお肉乗ってんの！って食べれられるか心配になるレベル。
種類は上から「神戸牛ロース」「神戸牛焼きしゃぶ」「特選塩タン」「特選ヘレ」
「特選和牛切り落とし」「特選ロース」「特選カルビ」「特選ハラミ」
ヘレやロースはあっさり塩で。焼きしゃぶは卵のつけダレでいただきました。
特選っていうだけあって脂の乗りがすごい。ほんとにトロットロやし、網に乗せると
めっちゃ炎を上げて燃え上がるんですよね。間違いなく絶品のお肉でした。
個人的にはカラダにも優しいヘレがGOODでした。
●シャトーブリアン(2980円)
この前別のお店で食べたシャトーブリアンは値段がもっとしたので、
なんとなく安いなー！と感じてしまい注文。100gでしたが十分です…。
こういうお肉はちょろっと食べるのが1番ですよね。欲張っちゃだめだめ。
最近自分の中で流行っているシャトーブリアンオンザライスをして撮影。
もうホンマに、とろっとろで箸で触るだけで崩れてしまいそうな極上のお肉。
●タンユッケ(1380円)
少し硬めの食感でコリコリ食べれる美味しいタンのユッケ。
乗っているのは大きな卵黄ではなく可愛いうずら卵の黄身。
小さいので軽～く混ぜて絡めて食べる。至福の味です。
●特選冷麺(780円)
最近はお肉が続いた後は口の中を浄化するために冷麺が非常においしい。
お肉は美味しいけれどももう若くないので脂の摂りすぎにより気持ち悪くなるので
ひんやりあっさり冷麺を食べると一気にカラダが浄化されます。
今回はそこまで食べていないけれども一頭買いだからこそ肉の部位を余すことなく
シャトーブリアン以外にも希少部位（マルシンやヒウチやラムシン）などもメニューにあり
色んなお肉を楽しみたいという方には良いかも知れませんね。
そして一頭買いしているからなのか希少部位の値段は安い気がします。
今回は階段盛りとかシャトーブリアン食べたので全体的に値段高くなったけれども
コースを見ると食べログだと最低4400円からあるみたい。
このクオリティでこの値段から質の良いお肉が食べられるのは嬉しいかも？
