■『注文してから対面式のカウンターで切り分けて提供する”板前焼肉”』というスタイルで大阪に何店舗かあるお店の本店。
北新地のお店には以前行ったことがあったんですがこちらにはまだ行っていなかったです。
神戸牛・仙台牛などブランド牛の焼肉をとても安く食べられるということで楽しみにして行ってきました！
お肉を切り分ける様子が見られるカウンター席やテーブル席などがある店内は白を基調としてとてもスタイリッシュ。
デートや接待にもぴったりな雰囲気になっていました。

神戸牛ロース、神戸牛焼きしゃぶ、特選塩タン、特選ヘレ、特選和牛切り落とし、特選ロース、特選カルビ、特選ハラミが螺旋階段上にのったインスタ映えの看板メニュー。
サシが綺麗なヘレ、ロースを始めどのお肉も旨みたっぷりで美味しいですね。

めちゃくちゃ柔らか、ご飯が欲しくなりオンザライスしてみましたー

タンの弾力のある食感と卵黄、甘みのあるタレが美味しいで。
・特選塩タン 1,180円（税別）
タンと言えば厚切りの印象ですがシンプルな薄切りタンも。
・特選ラムシン 1,380円（税別）
モモ肉の中では最も柔らかい部位なのがラムシン。
柔らかくて美味しかったです。
・特選ヒウチ 1,580円（税別）
霜降りで脂のうまみがほどばしりロースに近い食感。
・特選一牛まぜ冷麺 880円（税別）
麺が中太でモチモチ弾力が盛岡冷麺に近い感じでひんやり感が焼肉の〆にぴったり。
希少部位を含めとても美味しいお肉が綺麗な店内でいただくことができ、今後人気になっていきそう。
