神戸牛やブランド牛が勢揃いしていて、希少部位はもちろんのこと、インスタ映えするお肉の8段盛りまでありますよ。更に、お酒は山崎と白州のハイボールが1杯700円とお財布に優しい価格設定で驚きました。
普段は油の乗ったお肉を食べると二切れほどで気持ち悪くなるのですが、一牛さんのお肉は胃もたれ無く食べれます。体も肉質の良さを分かってくれるようです（笑）
道頓堀店よりも大人な空間で洗練された雰囲気の店内。私達は半個室のテーブル席へ。お料理＆ドリンクはタッチパネル操作で注文できるので楽ちんポンですね♫
まずは特選塩タンから♫
お肉には細かく包丁が入れられていて、口当たりも良くて、よりお肉も柔らかくて美味しいです。
そして、一牛名物神戸8段盛！！
階段になった土台に特選のお肉がずらりと鎮座しておりますよ♫二切れずつなので、たくさんの種類が食べやれる最高の盛り合わせです★
神戸牛ロース、神戸牛焼きしゃぶ、特選塩タン、特選ヘレ、特選和牛切り落とし、特選ハラミ、特選カルビの８種類。
最初に注文した特選塩タンが被ってしまったけど、美味しかったからいいんです♫
焼きしゃぶはタレ入の卵に付けて食べたれば、、脳天突き破られる美味しさです。
どのお肉も包丁入れてくれてるので更に食べやすいのです。
〆には、極上サーロインステーキで♡
なんと美しいルックスでしょう。にんにくチップスも添えられていて、鉄板焼屋さんを連想させます。
口の中でどんどん溶けていって、お肉の甘みも感じるたまらない美味しさです。でもしつこくないのが凄いね。
お肉に詳しくない私なので、焼肉リクエストがあると毎度困るのですが、マイレビさんたちがこぞって行かれているお店は大外れはしないだろうと思い、毎度判断の頼りさせてもらいながら選べるのは食べログの良いところですね。
