心斎橋大丸10階にあります。
ネットで当日予約をしました。
わりとギリギリの時間で。
到着しましたら予約と名前を伝えても
パソコン見てらっしゃらなかったよう把握されてませんでした。
コース予約をして苦手食材も入力していましたが
再度同じく聞かれました。
お料理が始まり、こちらの食べるペースをよく見てられるようで次の品へテンポ良く出ました。
当日予約の一人だっからか
少し落ち着かない席でした。
目の前にはスライドの戸が2箇所と
なかいさんが作業される棚が近く
何度も側を通られるので心地はソワソワ。
焼物と一緒に添えてあったとうもろこしと豆の天麩羅は
熱々のサクサクだろうと口へ運んだら冷たかったので予想外にビックリ。作り置きだったのね。
その他のお料理はとても美味しかったです。
特には最後の鯛茶漬け。包紙にアラレともみ海苔が、水分を飛ばしてありカリカリ。お出汁も美味しく今までお茶漬けを沢山食べてきたわけではないですが、お茶漬けでは過去最高の鯛茶漬けでした。
マスク置きがないのが、あら…。と思いました。
