Today we went out for a special French cuisine dinner. There was a seemingly hidden door in Shinsaibashi, and when I pressed the ping pong button, the door opened. When you go up the stairs, there is a Japanese-style space with tatami mats. I was surprised that it was French cuisine and Japanese, but it was a calm and comfortable space. There are 8 counter seats available. First, we were introduced to the ingredients, including Japanese black beef from Kagoshima, Chateaubriand, pesticide-free vegetables, kueh, clams, surf clams, and hairy crabs. Also, this time I asked for a pairing wine to go with the dish. The first dish was the Tamba carrot appetizer. This is French cuisine that looks beautiful and is filled with the deliciousness of various carrots. I was impressed that carrots could be so delicious. I just wish that it would spread more widely around the world and that more people would like carrots. Next up is snap beans and asparagus.According to the chef, French cuisine cuisine is the best when it comes to pasteurization. As you said, it was so delicious that I could feel the vegetables enjoying it. I think if the vegetables are cooked too much, they will become too soft, but I was able to bring out the deliciousness of the vegetables to the fullest while still retaining a crunchy texture. It's exquisite. Kuroge Wagyu beef curry My favorite curry is now available at a French cuisine restaurant! He said the spices were simple. Ginger, which is aged in a cave in Kochi Prefecture, seems to add an accent to the spiciness, and it was my first time to have a curry with a lot of ginger in it, so I was very excited. European-style curry that everyone thinks is delicious. The taste is exquisite! It was made using parts of meat that go well with curry. it's the best. I actually love pasta, and the cuttlefish ink pasta was really delicious. Because it is squid ink, it is jet black in color, but the taste is delicate and elegant. It was an irresistible dish with pasta. The fish is famous for its Matsunami cabbage and salt sauce and kueh kueh hotpot, but this time I had it grilled. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. it's the best. The Kuroge Wagyu beef with mustard greens, mitsuba leaves, and Namba green onions is grilled in a thick frying pan until the surface is crispy. I ate it with tuna sauce and ground pepper. We were able to enjoy a dessert called brummage made with dried celery, and choose a tea from dozens of varieties. It was a very stylish space and we had really delicious food. This is a restaurant I would like to visit again on my anniversary. Thank you for the meal.
