関西旅行の時の話。なので移転前の事になります。夜は大阪で食いだおれと言うことでまずはコチラ。クラフトビールの中でも最近はあまり作られていないケルシュに重きを置いた(黎明期は大体ケルシュ作ってたみたいですが)、珍しいブルワリーです☆

純粋なケルシュ(ヴァイツェンに似てますが口当たりはもっとさっぱり軽やか)も美味しいですが、ケルシュとアルトを合わせたものも美味しかったなぁー。度数も高くないものが多く苦味も抑えめなものが多いので、クラフトビール試してみたいけどビールはあまり・・・な人も良いのかと。

大阪の中心部からさほど離れずにこのクオリティのビールが頂けるのはありがたい事です☆
