換気があまり良く無いので焼き肉独特の匂いは付きます。 |
長堀橋から徒歩数分、なので心斎橋からでも全然歩けます。
数年前にオープンしてかなり話題になった焼肉屋さん。
この日はお誘いいただいて平日の夜にお伺いしました。
お店は靴脱いで上がるタイプ。
店自体はかなりこぢんまりしていて、カウンター席とボックス型のテーブル席があります。
ボックスは4人が限界のスペース。
おまかせコースは1.5万円くらいかな？
それに追加するってシステムで、コース終盤になったら何追加するか聞いてくれます。
コースはレバーから始まって焼き物中心に12品。
ホルモンは神谷商店のホルモンで、正肉はこの日は50ヶ月の純血但馬近江牛らしい。すごいなぁ！
正肉はサーロインと、とんびの2種類のみでしたが、どちらも確かに美味しかったです。サーロインもとっても脂軽い。
内臓系もどれも美味しくて、特にサガリが美味しかった！
最後にツラミを追加して、カレーもいただきました。
タンがごろっと贅沢に入ったカレー。
内装とか雰囲気とか色々考えたら値段とのバランス難しいけどお肉だけ見たら確実に一級品で美味しかったです。
