Among Tajima beef from Awaji Island, only those that meet strict conditions are called ``Awaji Beef.'' Awaji Beef is known as the home of the world's most famous branded beef, including Kobe Beef, Matsusaka Beef, and Omi Beef, which represent Japan. We are extremely particular about freshness and production area, such as by visiting producers directly and purchasing the parts that are in the best condition from our contractors.

Bincho charcoal is spread over the hearth, and the meat is slowly cooked with the power of the charcoal. Unlike Teppan-yaki and Yakiniku (Grilled meat), grilling over charcoal prevents the surface of the meat from getting burnt, allowing you to enjoy the tender flavor and texture of the meat. Please enjoy this style of yakiniku, which allows the excess meat juices to drip off and the temperature to be perfectly transmitted to the core.
