At our restaurant, we have set up a ceiling checkout system so that our customers can enjoy their meals without hesitation. If the cost of food and drinks for one person exceeds 7,000 yen, the entire menu, excluding bottles and some drinks, will be essentially all-you-can-eat and you will not be charged for the excess amount. For example, even if you order 15,000 yen for 2 people, the maximum order will be 14,000 yen. Seating is limited to two hours, so please enjoy our signature dishes to your heart's content until last order.

The famous ``Salt Sauce Momoyaki'' is marinated overnight in a special sauce, then sprinkled with ``Dassai'' in front of the customer, and grilled with aromatic steam and a sizzling sound. When you eat it, the flavor fills your mouth, and it pairs perfectly with alcohol. ``UMAMI'' uses parent chickens, so it has a chewy texture, while ``YAWARAKA'' has a soft and mellow taste. Our restaurant serves Ramen with a light flavor and made with carefully selected ingredients. The soup is based on a dashi stock made with plenty of duck bones, whole chicken, and aromatic vegetables, and is diluted with a combination of 3 to 4 types of soy sauce. The noodles used are whole grain noodles from Menya Tegaku, a restaurant famous in the Kansai region. You can break the yolk and dissolve it and eat it, transfer it to a small plate and mix it with noodles, or enjoy a different taste by soaking the yolk in soy sauce.
