デートに向きすぎるヤバ居酒屋さん
木曜19:30 予約で。
一度伺ったことがあって、
めちゃくちゃ良かったお店に再訪です。
地下一階のこちらは、店内に入った瞬間
意識しあってる2人なら結ばれそうなくらい
良い雰囲気のお店です。
店名の通り、ワインとお魚が美味しいお店！
グラス750円〜 ボトル5500円〜と使いやすい価格！
雰囲気が良くて、心斎橋のこの立地で、
この隠れ家感あってこれは良すぎる！
・自家製パテ ド カンパーニュ 950円
豚バラ肉、豚ロース、鳥肝を3日間漬け込んで
いるそう。
粗挽きなので、食感があって食べ応え抜群でした！
こりっとした食感がとても面白くて、
こういうペースト系のやつでは初めての食感！
ワインと共に頂いたら一本確定のやつでした！
・お造り盛り合わせ
元魚屋出身店主さんは目利きが出来るので
毎日良い魚を仕入れておられるようです！
この日は炙り系のお魚が多く、
ノドグロが特に絶品でした！
・プリっプリっフルーティーなエビマヨ 1050円
食べたことないエビマヨの味ですね！
ソースにオレンジの皮と果実とお酒が入ってて
酸味と甘みののバランスが素晴らしいです！
ここだけのエビマヨ、ってなかなかないので凄い！
・季節野菜と仙鳳趾牡蠣のグラタン 1750円
手作りのベシャメルソースと北海道の仙鳳趾牡蠣を使用！
贅沢すぎるグラタンですね、、
ベシャメルソースの旨さと、縮まない牡蠣が
やばいコラボしてくれる一品♪
・生クリーム不使用龍の卵を使ったカルボナーラ 1350円
他店とは違い生クリーム不使用で、
龍の卵とチーズのみで味付けされてます！
味はしっかりしているけど、しつこくなく食べれます！
料理が美味しく、雰囲気良いので一軒目、二軒目、
どちらでも使えるお店だと思います！
心斎橋デートには是非候補に入れるべきお店！

日曜日19:00 完全予約制のこちら。
と聞いていたので、結構シックな大人の店内と
思ってたけど、入ってみたらめちゃカジュアル！
これは刺身の盛り合わせで確か1500円くらい。
いくらを除いて、全てを炙って提供。
店長さん？らしき人が常になんか炙ってます。笑
炙ラーの方なんですかね。笑
美味しいです！
頼んだものは全体的に量があるので、
高く見えるやつでも実は安い感じですね。
料理は美味しいし、説明してくれたり、
最後〆のスイーツと
デザートワイン出してくれたり、
ちょっと隠れ家、ちょっと気がきく、
そんな良いお店さんでした♪
