本日は心斎橋にある居酒屋『ワインを得たさかな家』さんをご紹介します。
東心斎橋のビル地下１Fにあり中の様子がわからないので
初めて行く方は扉を開けるのが少し勇気いるかも知れません。
暗がりの雰囲気でカウンターが並んでおり、まるでバーのような印象。
平日の夜に伺いましたがお客さんが誰もおらず貸切状態でした。
4人で伺ったのでカウンターではなく奥の座席で過ごしました。
静かな雰囲気なのでデート等で静かに過ごしたい方には良いかもしれません。
＜FOOD＞
◯牡蠣グラタン（1550円）
大ぶりの牡蠣と野菜がたっぷり入ったグラタン
チーズたっぷりで味も濃く食べ応えのある内容
◯お造り盛り合わせ（2000円前後）
その日のオススメネタを9種類ほどチョイス
ワインと一緒にお造りを食べられるのは珍しい
◯手造り肩ロースぶ厚いハムカツ（1050円）
まるでトンカツのような分厚さのハムカツ
マッシュポテトの上にドーンッと乗っています
◯自家製パテドカンパーニュ（850円）
ワインがメインなのでお酒に合う前菜も豊富
パテの他にも生ハムやピクルス、サラミ等もあり。
◯龍の卵のカルボナーラ（1350円）
〆は濃厚なパスタをチョイスしました。
龍の卵を使っているだけあって濃厚な味わい。
