都会の喧騒を忘れカウンターでゆっくり美味しいお寿司を頂くことができます。
2021年10月オープンしたばかりで、大将もまだまだお若そうに見えますが、
お話させて頂くと素材や調理方法へのこだわりが深く、感心してしまいます。

シャリは小さめで、
赤酢だけ使用したものと、
赤酢＋米酢を使用したものを
ネタによって使い分けているそう。
どれも記憶に残る美味しさ
特に初めて頂く温かいいくらは、これまで食べたことのないねっとり触感で
ほろほろやわらかい太刀魚との食感が見事にマッチしていました。
鮨店で土手煮が出てくることにもびっくり
温かいお料理をはさむと胃がホッとする気がします。
大将はマグロに人並外れたこだわりと知識をお持ちで、
そのお眼鏡にかなった本マグロは本当に美味しかったです。
お料理のみならず、
カステラとプリンの美味しさにも驚き！
プリンはお土産用に販売もされているそうで、
両親にプレゼントしましたがとても喜んでくれました。
これだけ買いに行きたいと思うくらいの絶品プリンでした。
