最近心斎橋でのご飯多い！ということで今回はこちら。
心斎橋にこんなお鮨屋さんがあったなんて！
オープンは2年前くらいのようですが、
大将が変わられたようです。若い大将でした。
店内は野球選手やサッカー選手、芸人さんの
サイン色紙もいくつかありましたよ。
今回いただいたのはお鮨メインの18,000円のコース。

シャリは普通のお酢でした。赤酢が好きな私としては
残念と思いきや、途中から赤酢にシャリを変えられて
おりました。正直全然気がつきませんでした！
それくらいまろやかなお酢のシャリです。
私的にはもう少しきつめのお酢が好きなのですが。
でもお魚もとても美味しく、主張しすぎないシャリも
いいなと思いました。本当に美味しいです！
大将やお料理をされている方は和食のお店の
ご出身だそうです。アテも美味しかったわけです。
心斎橋でこの価格はどうなんでしょうか。
相場がわかりませんが、雲丹や縞鯵、大トロ、車海老、
のどぐろなど高級魚もたくさん出ているので
相応なのかなとも思いました。
自家製のプリンも濃厚で美味しすぎます！
