今晩訪れたの心斎橋の『鮨 極』さんは
鮮度に拘ったネタで握る大将拘りの鮨や和食
が堪能できるお店(๑•̀∀- )
カウンターを利用させていただきましたが
個室もあるようですね。
本日お願いしたのは

赤酢は魚に合わせて
配合を変えてるという拘りよう(◞ꈍ∇ꈍ)◞⋆*
途中でマンガリッツァポークを使った
和食が出てきたのにも驚きましたね。
〆のデザートに出てきたお土産にも人気の
『極プリン』もめちゃ旨でしたよ!
