めちゃめちゃ雰囲気のいい店内で最高の肉料理を頂いてきました…
肉割烹ASATSUYU @nikukappou_asatsuyu
完全予約18時と21時からの2部制 コース1択で色々な肉料理が出てきます。
お肉に合わせたフィギュアも出してくれるのであとから撮った画像を見て何の肉だっけ？って事も無いはず笑
一発目に出てきた馬刺しからやられました。
三枚バラに400回(！)包丁を入れたものは口の中で溶けていくようで今まで食べた馬刺しの中でぶっちぎりに１番です
猪や熊のようなジビエ、羊のラム肉も抵抗のある臭みは一切、無くてあまり好きではなかったラム肉で目を閉じて美味しさを楽しんだのは初めてでした。
ラム肉のほとんどが輸入でどうしても流通の状態などで臭みが出てしまいますがASATSUYUさんは２％しか流通しない国産ラム肉。
広島県提携牧場で育てられた羊です。
ちなみに出てきた熊肉はツキノワグマと幻のジビエ アナグマですw
〆メニューは今年最後の松茸ご飯！
半分ほど食べてから後半は出汁をかけてひつまぶし風に。
季節でコースメニューも変わるようでまた行きたい！
