A must-order dish is the delicious Samgyeopsal. Made with Kirishima Sanroku pork from southern Kyushu, it is characterized by its moderate sweetness and juicy fat. In addition to the standard 3 pieces of meat, you can choose from the heartier Ogyeopsal with skin (5 pieces of meat), or the refreshing Moksal (shoulder loin). Add kimchi, radish, and special ssamjang to the sandwich and enjoy it in one bite.

Be sure to try Korean sake with Korean Cuisine! The popular Chamisul is available in 12 flavors including Muscat, Pomegranate, and Pine.
