2022年9月1日にオープンした心斎橋の焼肉屋さん。
コースは３つありました。
話題の肉箱と肉ジェンガを楽しみに10,000円コースを注文！
内容は、
《10,000円牛々コース》飲み放題付
・キムチ・ナムル・塩こんぶねぎ
・土鍋ごはん

・牛々の肉箱（和牛ハラミ・ランプ・イチボ）
・名物 肉ジェンガー

・初雪かき氷
上塩たんは分厚く、歯応えもあるのに柔らかかったです。塩昆布ネギとのマッチングは今までありそうで食べたことがなかったのですが、とても良く合いました。
ユッケも黄身とお肉のコクで味わい深かったです。
焼きしゃぶは、さっと焼くだけでトロトロと口の中で溶けていきました。
焼きしゃぶあたりからお腹いっぱいになってました。
が、まだまだここからが本番。
ワカメスープをいただき口直しを。
今、インスタで話題になっている、ジェンガのように積まれた「お肉ジェンガ」やヴィトンのバッグに入って登場する「肉箱」目で楽しませていただいた後、焼き焼きしてメインを味わいました。
もうほんとこれ以上無理〜となってましたが、小さい器でのカレーがこれならいけると箸が進みました。
最後はそこらへんのかき氷よりも美味しいかき氷が出てきてびっくりでした。初雪のようなふわふわな氷が口の中でスッと溶けていき大満足のコースでした。
