2023年5月にOPENされた、和流歳彩 多をさん。
ランチタイムにお邪魔しました。
満席の日も多いようなので、予約必須です。
まずはビールと、前菜。
７種類ほどのお料理が、小さなお皿にキレイに盛り付けられています。
菜っ葉や車エビ、ぎんなん、南京などの旬の食材が
それぞれ丁寧に味付けされています。
特に、冬かぶらとサーモンの柚風味が美味しかった。
歯ごたえ、味付けともに最高です。
前菜を食べ終わる前にビールを飲み干し、
次はお店の方おすすめの日本酒を頂きました。
甘口か辛口かを聞いてくださり、辛口をチョイス。
すっきりしていて、日本料理がよく合います。
次にお刺身２種類と和牛の炙り。
お刺身は蓋つきの金色の器に盛られており、
あける瞬間がワクワクします。
新鮮でぷりぷりしていて美味しかった。
ワサビも自家製でこだわりがあるそうです。
ワサビが苦手な私も、食べやすかったです＾＾
和牛の炙りはお肉の味が濃く、香りもよかったです！
一口で食べるのが勿体ないので、少しずつ大切に頂きました(笑)
茶碗蒸しのような器のお料理が登場。
ウニやポルチーニ茸、キャビアが入った一品。
多をさんの名物で、それぞれのコースで提供されているそう。
金粉で見た目も楽しく、食材は好きなものばかり入っていて、幸せでした。
その後も、おさかなの西京焼きや〆のごはん、デザートを頂きました。

ビール１杯、日本酒３～４杯ほどいただき、お昼から気持ちよく酔えました＾＾
ご夫婦でされていて、気さくに話掛けてくださり素敵なお店でした。
クリスマスには特別コースも出るようです。
次は夫も連れてお邪魔したいと思います。
