日本料理×神戸牛のお店。旬の魚介と季節の野菜もいただけます。今回神戸牛尽くしのコース「夢」をいただきました。
先付けに始まり、椀物、向付、お凌ぎ、主菜、御食事に至るまで神戸牛尽くしです。季節の彩り前菜は、メニューには5種とありましたが、実際には何と倍の10種あり、期待を遥かに超えてきました！
料理は全ておいしかったですし、細部までのこだわりを感じます。女将さんの説明もとてもわかりやすく、料理が出てくるタイミングもいいですし、ゆったりとおいしい料理をいただきながらくつろぐことができます。
とても素敵なお店でしたが、雰囲気がややカジュアルなのは意図的なのか、もう少し落ち着いたシンプルな雰囲気にすると、さらに素敵なお店になると感じました。
