Each dish is carefully prepared using fresh horse meat from Kumamoto, Kyushu. We offer a wide variety of dishes, from standard to rare delicacies. The unusual Sakura Nabe is served in a paper pot in a size suitable for one person. Enjoy it submerged in the elegantly flavored broth. We offer exquisite horse sashimi that you must try at least once, rare horse liver that is available in limited quantities, and Sakura Yakiniku (Grilled meat), which has a lighter, less oily taste than beef. We also offer Sakura Nigiri Sushi a specialty of Sushi. It is low in calories and high in protein, and also has beauty benefits.
