11月22日にオープンした海鮮鍋のお店
名物は海老がズラリと並んだ濃厚海老しゃぶしゃぶに，たっぷりのあさりと豚バラにバターを乗せたあさり肉バター鍋
見た目のインパクトが強いのは海老しゃぶしゃぶで2人前でなんと1キロもの海老を使用
見たことない量のエビがズラリと並んで登場するシーンは思わず心躍る
海老の頭をたっぷり沈めて取った出汁はもはや濃厚な海老のジュース
刺身でも食べられる新鮮な海老はプリプリで甘く，サッとしゃぶしゃぶしてレアで食べても，しっかり火を通しても美味しい
海老の頭を追加して煮込めばさらに濃厚なお出汁に
このお出汁をたっぷり吸い上げた野菜や牡蠣もめちゃくちゃ旨い
もう一つの名物あさりホタテ肉バター鍋
見た目のインパクトは海老行列には劣るのですが，こちらもあさりはすごい量
しかも鹿児島産豚バラにイカもたっぷりでホタテも大粒
たっぷりのあさりからの出汁とガーリックバターが合わさって濃厚で病みつきに
海鮮だけでなく豚バラがええ仕事してます
〆はパスタかリゾットを選べて今回はパスタを
黒胡椒をかけたカルボ風で，これまたガリバタあさり出汁と相性抜群
〆まで完璧な完全食でした
海老しゃぶしゃぶの方で〆るとパスタではなくラーメンもあるみたいなのですがそれも美味しそう
ほんまにどちらも甲乙付け難い旨さでたまりませんでした！
この季節にぜひとも食べて頂きたいお鍋です！
