爽やかな飲み口でかなり好み♪

藁焼き初鰹にニンニク効いたクリームソース
紫蘇オイル、蕪のピクルス、紫蘇の葉。

鰹出汁を効かせた但馬鴨のラーメンは
生クリームに隠し味で生姜も使われていて
専門店も凌ぐ美味しさ！
鴨もも肉コンフィも絶品やった(๑´ڡ`๑)

ウイスキー蒸溜所もやられてるので
そこで5ヶ月間熟成したものを出してもらい
ましたが香りも豊かでかなり強めやったな。
◆パッションフルーツ
フルーツの器で提供されるデザート
酸味が強めのソルベ(シャーベット)で
マスカルポーネクリームチーズのコクと甘み
が巧く調和してましたね(⑅˘͈ ᵕ˘͈)
◆八朔 ミント
2品目のデザート。
クッキー生地にヨーグルト、ミント、バジル
のアイスの周りにはグレープフルーツが散り
ばめられていてサクッとしたメレンゲが乗ってます。
◆コーヒー・紅茶
コーヒーは1種類ですが
紅茶だと茶葉9種類から選択できましたよ。
料理も創作的なメニューが多くて
味・ボリュームともに大満足な内容でした。
特に印象的なのが『但馬鴨ラーメン』と
『帆立蛇紋岩米 豆類 あおさ(リゾット)』で
意外性と味の美味しさに驚きましたねฅ^ω^ฅ
ごちそうさまでした。
