You can also enjoy rare toppings such as "live prawns" prepared from live shrimp, a show of fresh fish dissecting, and kueh, which is sold at high-end restaurants. The tuna in particular is purchased from Yamayuki, an intermediate wholesaler specializing in tuna that is flooded with orders from high-end sushi restaurants in Ginza and other restaurants across the country. Please enjoy this special dish made with our special ``red rice'' made with red rice vinegar.

We carry a selection of carefully selected sake, from junmai sake to special junmai sake. We purchase from carefully selected wholesalers, and we also offer rare alcoholic beverages that are rarely available in eastern Japan, such as ``Taito'' from Kumamoto Prefecture.
